Lithium Iron Phosphate battery cell

This battery delivers ultra-high rate performance, supporting up to 100C continuous discharge and 300C pulse discharge (for 1 second). It also demonstrates an extended cycle life, capable of 3,000 cycles at 1C charge/discharge under room temperature with a capacity retention rate exceeding 89.5%, significantly outperforming traditional lead-acid batteries. Its safety is exceptional, exhibiting high resistance to fire and explosion in nail penetration and overcharge tests, along with excellent thermal stability. Furthermore, the battery operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 65°C and beyond, making it suitable for demanding applications in various environments.

Test method: At normal temperature, 0.5C constant current constant voltage charge to 3.68V, cut-off current 0.05C: 1C(up to 2.5V), 40C, 45C, 50C constant discharge to 2.0V.

Test method: Under normal temperature, 0.5C constant current constant voltage charge to 3.68V, cut-off current 0.05C; Set aside at the test temperature for 4~8h, and discharge to 1.5V at the corresponding magnification respectively.
