After the installation of the lithium battery for starting a motorcycle is completed, conducting a series of functional tests is a key step to ensure its performance and safety. The following are the main functional test items and methods that need to be conducted after installation:

No-load voltage test: Use a multimeter to measure the no-load voltage of the battery to ensure it is within the normal range. For instance, for a common 12V lithium battery, the no-load voltage should be around 12.8V.

Static waterproof test: Place the battery in water (simulating a rainwater environment) and observe whether water seeps into the battery interior.
